I wanted to express my deep appreciation to your special tour in Jerusalem for our J&B guests.
The main difference in this day was the personal touch. I did many tours like that and no doubt that you know the material well and practicing an excellent guiding capabilities but this was not the point here…..
You made a deep research of the US Company; the people, their interests along with a long questioning of TiS’ people who are involved with them.
Who are they?
What is the business relationship?
Who is the boss? Who to talk to?
What are their interests?
And much much more
Throughout the whole day it came out step by step, you were full of surprises and they loved it.
You pointed the J&B letters on a large Israel map, you gave them little things to bring home and memories, you gave them typical Israeli glass blue bell, as their office city, and more examples like that.
When you sold me personal tourism, I did not understand you, now I do and I really like it a lot.
