I wanted to express my deep appreciation to your special tour in Jerusalem for our J&B guests.
The main difference in this day was the personal touch. I did many tours like that and no doubt that you know the material well and practicing an excellent guiding capabilities but this was not the point here…..
You made a deep research of the US Company; the people, their interests along with a long questioning of TiS’ people who are involved with them.
Who are they?
What is the business relationship?
Who is the boss? Who to talk to?
What are their interests?
And much much more
Throughout the whole day it came out step by step, you were full of surprises and they loved it.
You pointed the J&B letters on a large Israel map, you gave them little things to bring home and memories, you gave them typical Israeli glass blue bell, as their office city, and more examples like that.
When you sold me personal tourism, I did not understand you, now I do and I really like it a lot.

Dear Erez,
Thank you for your itinerary with the record of the wonderful program that you put together. We thoroughly enjoyed our batmitzvah holiday you organized. All the girls said that it was the best holiday that they had ever had!
Your enthusiasm and dedication enabled us to have a great vacation but also a meaningful experience that linked together Siena's batmitzvah, our group as a family and also the needs of all the individual family members, for example the idea of Siena and the football team, Kitya and the animals and even Natanya making me do the caves.
From producing music on the top of the mountain (I don't know how you managed to climb that mountain and carry all that equipment with you without us realizing), to Selima who inspired our daughter Natanya, to a night walk, to Kimberley and the carpets the whole experience was excellent and was the most personal approach to tourism that I have ever experienced.
